I was having terrible moisture and mold in my garage. Annapolis Coatings came out and provided a very fair estimate. The team that performed the work were very professional and thorough. We are very pleased with the results, mold was removed and the garage is now completely free of moisture and looks brand new inside.

Terry was a great find! He has a done a variety of work for us. In addition to painting & power washing, he did an excellent job replacing rotten wood on our deck and restoring the Ipe wood floor on our front price to its original beauty. Wallpaper removal in my bathroom. Repaired wall after wallpaper was removed. Covered up popcorn ceiling with drywall and painted to a beautiful flat white finish. Painted inside bathroom door. Painted walls with a favorite paint color of mine that I chose. Painted beadboard and chair rail with clear stain. Terry and the workers did a WONDERFUL job. When they prepped the walls for painting, even before it was painted, it looked better than my original ugly wallpaper! Bathroom looks unbelievable, top notch quality. They were very friendly and very punctual. I would highly recommend them. I will most definitely hire them again when I need additional work in the future.

Terry and his crew did a wonderful job on my basement, carefully preparing the walls and painting, and laying luxury vinyl plank on the floor. I couldn't recommend them more highly. It looks beautiful!
I'm looking forward to having them refinish my deck and front porch as soon as the weather cools off. I've already recommended Annapolis Coatings to a couple of my friends.

We hired Annapolis Coatings to paint the exterior trim, shutters and door. Power washing and wood repair were also needed. The price was competitive and they were the only contractor who offered a fixed price for the repair work. Power washing was completed in one day and the repair and painting took another 4 days, all about what I expected. The work was done well and we are happy with the end result.
