Needed a new vacuum (not another department store special), started looking around for quality vacuums. Decided on Miele-- Bank's was one of the only stores with in-store availability. I brought in our 12-year-old Miele vacuum for a repair and ultimately decided to purchase a new one rather than repair our old one after the Bloomfield Hills team advised about the necessary repairs and related cost. We had a great experience with Ray.

My wife and I went into Banks thinking we had a clear idea of exactly what we wanted. Ray took his time to understand not only what we were looking for but also what we are trying to do. He gave us his recommendation and we took his advice, and we left with something totally different than planned. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was truly trying to make us happy.

He hooked us up with a Riccar corded vacuum. He didn’t try to upsell us.

Banks earned a customer today. We’re very happy!
