This make-believe lawyer is the absolute WORST. He took my money, NOT respond to texts, emails, certified letters, and calls, or give updates on my case....EVER!!! His assistant, Alma is just as bad. I will be taking further action against him. This individual needs to be just a file clerk in a back office, where he doesn't come in contact with the public. From the pictures of those who gave a review, I can see why his rating is ONE star....he has a pattern with certain clients.

I have had the absolute WORST experience with this so-called "Attorney." He NEVER answers calls, emails, or text messages and never offers a status regarding your case. He won't even answer calls to take a payment over the phone! I had to go to his office one day to see what was going on with him, thinking that he may have fallen ill, trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. At first, he did not want to see me, but after waiting roughly an hour, he had no choice. When I walked into his office I guess he saw the frustration in my eyes, because the first thing he said to me was, "I know you are upset with me." You thin Frank? At that point that made me a believer that I had been taken. Afterward, I went to take a look at his Google and Yelp reviews......at least I can say this about him, he's consistent..... at jerking people around! His reviews span from 2 months ago to seven years ago and they all say the same thing that I am saying. When I 1st visited his office after he responded to my inquiry, I explained to him that I had bad experiences with attorneys previously because of the lack of communication and inconsistency. He assured me that my custody case would be in good hands if I retained him. I did, and needless to say, it has been a nightmare. Sidebar..... I should had known something when I pulled up to his office because someone has busted out his glass entrance door! Go figure!!!!! Ultimately, he asked to be excused from my case because he couldn't effectively communicate with me.......ME? I'm not sure if he is aware of technology today, but unanswered text messaging threads, call logs and emails don't just disappear!

I wonder how he would feel if his wife tried to take his son away from him and he had an Attorney that practices law the way he does? I wonder how he would feel if his Attorney took his money for services NEVER rendered? I wonder how he would feel if his Attorney caused him all the stress that he has me and just about every client he has represented? Mr. Goodlefsky, you may want to reevaluate practicing law if you can't be an upstanding human being. Remember, one day you will have to answer for your actions and how you treated your clients. This is not a threat, so please don't take it as such, but you do realize we serve a mighty God and He will make sure that you are punished for your ways, behaviors and actions. I wish you all the best and I hope you straighten yourself out before tragedy forces you to.

Stay away from this guy. I also plan on pursuing further action against this him. Sent him $$ for a process server, and never heard from him again. He pocketed the $$.

Frank has been helping out my mother with her divorce and with getting a court order to have her (soon-to-be-ex) husband vacate her apartment (he wouldn't leave and was relying on the fact that police can't force him out for a civil matter). Frank's done an excellent job and has been a life saver for our family. The court order was approved and we have every confidence the divorce will be as well.

Frank's been very helpful to my mother, consistently handled things in a timely manner, and stayed direct and firm with the other party. I'd recommend him to anybody who needs assistance with divorce or domestic disputes.

Do not and I mean do not hire this attorney. He was eager and willing to take my money but has not done anything for me or my case since then over a month and a half ago. He does not answer his phone or notify me when I have hearing dates. I have emailed and called him multiple times yet do not get responses from him. Do yourself a favor and hire another attorney who will actually be professional. Not only am I out money. I have to start the entire process over looking for another attorney.

Mr. Goodlefsky has handled my divorce with professionalism. He has been easy to work with and cares about my circumstances. He was able to get the outcome I expected while waiting for the final granting of my divorce. He filed the paperwork the same day I went in to hire him and the respondent was served and we were in court for the petition of temporary ruling the week after. After a couple of attempts to delay the proceedings, the judge made the decision in my favor. I cannot thank Mr. Goodlefsky enough. I expect the divorce to be granted after waiting the appropriate time.
