I really can't say enough about the top-quality service that I consistently receive from IKO EXPRESS !! The great communication I receive from them is nothing short of outstanding. Their drivers are well trained professionals.

The dispatch team & their drivers are polite & professional with all of my customers be it in person, via email, or over the phone. May I also add that their on-time percentages are superb !!

I use them several times per week, and I don't have to worry that the load might be late, or not secured properly. They always do a fantastic job for us. No hassles or headaches !!

I use them on both oversize and overlength loads as well, and they consistently handle everything perfectly, and quite seamlessly. Their drivers are seasoned professionals that do not need any babysitting. They know their stuff !!

All I can say is that they have always done a fine job !!

I have recently worked with IKO Express Inc. and must say they are top notch. They have followed through with everything they said they would do and then some. They certainly stand behind their reputation and are second to none in my book. I will continue to deal with them if a situation comes up. They were very prompt in returning email and an occasional call when necessary. We certainly need more folks like this to do the right thing when it is necessary.
