The ease of dealing with these professionals was worth every penny. I have dealt with a fair number of attorneys, including friends. Even when the dollar costs are lower, the actual cost of time and all too often frustration fair outweigh the few bucks saved.

All I need was to have my Living Trust documents modified in a small way, but other attorneys seemed more interested in a big buildup and were frankly too busy to be bothered, or so it seemed.

My wife and I were involved in a major auto accident over 3 years ago and the claim remains open (still) today. We suffered severe personal injuries, total property and business losses that have not (yet) been paid by the insurance company representing the at-fault party.

We (unfortunately) learned that personal injury lawyers in our state, sign contracts with accident victims with no intensions of going to trial; all the while, neglecting to work in their client's best interest to recover financial losses that would make the victims whole again. Lawyers are paid by the insurance companies; therefore, they ignore their client's damages while the insurance companies get (multiple) continuances from the Courts to delay any judgement ordering the insurance companies to pay the victims.

Thankfully, I was able to search online for legal help and discovered Brent Parks with National Legal Services (NLS)!! Locating Brent with NLS is, what I found to be, the best professional legal resource to assist me (and my wife), in holding the insurance companies responsible for delaying our claim from being settled and accountable for keeping our case from going to trial.

After we received a Motion to Dismiss by the defense attorney, Brent and his NLS team, prepared and served a Response to the Courts on our behalf. Brent (in his written response) exposed the defense attorney's disregard for common court procedures in their execution when following the rules of law. The defense's motion to dismiss was baseless and without any creditable merit. Their defense (tactics) went outside the boundaries of legal practice while appearing to "go through the motions" in preparing for trial. Brent cited cases within the response that not only showed other cases of how a dismissal could not be allowed; he thoroughly supported the response with Federal Civil and State Trial Rules that could not be refuted or disproved.

We are greatly appreciative to Brent and National Legal Services for their expert and highly professional legal services. We plan to continue using Brent and NLS for the foreseeable future. Their honesty and integrity for the law exceeds our expectations in representing us and the TRUTH.

My husband and I experienced online fraud by this business, National Legal Assistants. We paid $1020 through Venmo for their services, which was the up-front fee. We were appalled with the draft they sent us that had numerous inaccuracies. We contacted them to address the issue and they did not resolve it or send us an amended draft. They also did not refund us for any of the fees, and instead sent us a bill for additional fees for the phone calls we had with them to address the issue. Horrible business ethic.

Horrible experience on asking for simple information, I know they know more than any regular person about forms, laws, and everything related, but Brat was rude and very unpleasant on emailing me a response, at the end I should check the reviews they have, not that many, and the way they response to the bad reviews you can tell how unprofessional this person is, for sure I'll take my money somewhere else even if is more expensive than this joke of company, been humble, humanitarian, professional, and caring about your potential customers is never a bad idea. I would give you no stars at all but recommend everyone not to waste time on asking you for help.
