I had a wonderful and smooth working experience with her. After an introductory email, we spoke on phone once and that was it. Over the course of months, we only communicated through email and she was VERY prompt and professional in her responses. That's the best thing about working with her is that she always gives you time and always answers all your questions quickly and honestly (I had many of those and almost always had a reply from her within an hour). If you lack documents, she is always there to guide you on how you can make your case stronger. I did not speak with anyone else and it was nice to know she was personally there to help me through the process.

She also connected me with people (one of who is the loveliest person and became my management company and are working with me now as well) which was a great bonus.
