I never in my life changed my name before so I wasn't too sure where to start. I called around and I happen to find Muir & Associates. I called and wasn't too sure what to expect but Susan was amazing. I requested her services and she got right on it. She's reliable, professional and very reassuring. She helped me prepare the paperwork and I remembered how nervous I was but Susan explained the process and definitely helped me through it all. She didn't try to take advantage of payment, she was straight forward and kept me posted on everything that was going on with my case until the end. We chose Susan Muir over other paralegals because she was very sympathetic to our situation and seemed to really want to help us; she also gave us a price that was quite affordable. Our situation was a complex one, but she stayed with us every step of the way, adjusting the strategy as needed. When it finally became evident that we needed the help of an attorney, she even spoke with a very good one that she knew and got him to represent us. In the end, the matter was resolved as well as we could have hoped for. We definitely would use Susan’s services again, and recommend her to anyone looking for paralegal assistance.
