I’ve been really disappointed with this legal group. I’ve reached out to my attorney multiple times but haven’t received any responses. Meanwhile, the other insurance company has already contacted us. It’s frustrating to feel ignored, especially when I’m relying on this firm for support after an accident. Communication has been lacking, and I expected more assistance in this process. I wouldn’t recommend this firm based on my experience so far.
