These people DO NOT answer calls or emails. I called in October and they assured me they can handle our case. It's now January and still no reply.As of now I reached out to a different attorney, and found out they did nothing to remove the failure to appear warrant. If you live out of town do not hire these people as it will be hard to reach/get ahold of them.

Miguel Valente was perfect! I hired him as my lawyer for a speeding ticket and he got it completed dismissed, I definitely recommend him. He’s affordable and not a scam and I’ll definitely be giving him a call if I ever need him again.

Very bad experience with this office. First the office doesn't always answer and do not call back. Mr. Valente did not listen to me nor did he do his homework on my case. The first court day (March, 2023) was a failure due the the above statement. When questioned about my case the only way I was able to get a response was via email. At which point he called me and asked questions I had already told him from the beginning. Then he lied stating there was a new court date (July 18, 2023). That was never scheduled. I have sent two emails to know what is happening. There is no updates on the court website in my case. As well suprise suprise no response to my request for information as of today (August 29, 2023). Will have to pay again but to a different law office hopefully one that will do their job correctly the FIRST Time.

In my personal opinion just a review is not good enough, Miguel Valente helped me with a fresh start after a years of childhood mistakes I found myself digging out of a hole and the final step was expunging my record a nearly impossible task considering my circumstances and he completed it in a timely manner. I feel a banner in the sky is more appropriate for my gratitude but for now this will do. Thank you so much for all your help.

If you want a great lawyer who will vouch for you and defend you strongly then this is NOT your guy! Don’t expect answered phone calls as a client, or even for him to remember what you look like because you’re just another file to him. He also will give you wrongful advice (because of lack of knowledge; as he will take your case even if he doesn’t specialize in it) and then forget he said anything at all. Save your time, value, and self respect by steering clear from this option.

Mr. Valente was my public defender lawyer and he told me that he will take care of my case. I don't think he cares about the public. He does not call you back after leaving repeated messages and his secretary lady barely answers the phone. So think long and hard about hiring him.
