My review is not directly about the firm as I believe that their billing methods can be improved and be more transparent. My review is about Attorney Michael Gibson. He is a top Attorney with extensive knowledge, very understanding and sensitive to his clients and with excellent writing skills. Highly recommended.

If an attorney is not working for you or doing a poor job. This is what you do. Document every time you call them and they do not call or email you back. Document when they don't do what you requested them to do. Then send them and yourself a certified letter complaining about this. This is the process to get them disbarred from the State Bar of California. They will be pissed about getting the certified letter but they will then work very hard to get your case resolved, guaranteed. A very rare and honest attorney told me this and it was the best advice I ever got from an attorney. It works like a charm. They don't care about you, only themselves and their job.

My experience with Higgs. Fletcher & Mack was Horrible!! My Aunt. Cousin, and Cousin passed away within 3 months of each other!!! Susan McCure was the most uncaring person that I never met!!! If I asked a question, no answer!!! She then appointed Denise Martin who after talking to a cousin they appointed to be a spokesperson and pulled the plug on my Aunt for the money!! I'm still sick over how they treated my Aunt and cousins

I am happy to see the American flag replaced! It's beautiful!

Christmas was such a treat with a beautiful lighted Christmas Tree on top of the building. Not this year 2021 for some reason. All that shows is a torn American Flag badly in need of replacement. How Sad for the Holidays!

FEB 2022. Now they removed the American Flag! No replacement.

Let's face it folks. We live in a complex society. As such we need lawyers for wills, estates, probates, trusts, tax planning, litigation, etc, etc. Don't even think of doing it yourself online. Remember the poor man pays twice for services. You get what you pay for. Why not consider one of the top law firms in San Diego? Attorney Derek Paradis recently more than impressed me with his brilliant elucidation on what is becoming a complex legal issue. He exhibited the qualities one looks for in a lawyer. Intelligence, transparency, discernment, confidentiality. He literally saved me 1000's of dollars. I am most grateful for his expertise. April 22, 2014 the day my lawyer Atty. Dan C. Herbert of Higgs Fletcher and Mack represented me in a very complicated child custody, child support, and other issues, I was totally amazed Dan C. Herbert's supremacy, brilliance, politeness and great experience on Family Law. I won the difficult case even if my child wanted to live with his father, but with how Dan C. Herbert defended, explained circumstances with supporting substabntiated evidences through Dan C. Herbert's tactics in gathering evidences and his deep knowledge of Family Law, I retained the sole legal and sole physical custody of my child. If only i have a priceless gift i could award to Dan C. Herbert and his family, i will not hesitate to do it. My respect for him is so high as i met him in the same church where i go every day at noon. It was a Holy Spirit sign that i have prayed so hard to find a good lawyer, and I found him, just when I saw him for almost 6 years in the church, as I was looking for a sign from God to find which lawyer i should hire so i would not waste my time and money and lose my case. Last February, I don't know why I approached Dan C. Herbert and asked him what was his job. he politely answered " lawyer" i was shocked , so i asked him , what area, he answered, divorce and family, so i asked him his business card but he didn't have one so he asked my email add and he left. Few minutes, i received email fron Dan C. Herbert, gave his secretary's name and phone no. and that's how i got Mr. Dan C. Herbert as my lawyer, and I never have regrets, His staff , are all hard working, polite, dependable and knowledgeable. I thanked God so hard for giving me the way to find Atty. Daniel C. Went here with my mother to view the fourth of July fireworks. From what I saw in the offices. Quite nice and well done of refurbishing. My mother works there as a accountant and have been there a few times.
