I had an esthetic panel cut to size for the space below my new range hood (see picture) and found the office staff to be friendly and accommodating.
In the shop, Nestor provided useful advice on how to work with the material (future projects).
This is my go-to place for galvanized sheet metal.

Here is the email I sent to ICAMETALS.com: In my 65 years in the trades I have never found a company so well run, in the years I have purchased metal products from ICAmetals.com I noticed every person there, from the owner, to the office staff, to the associates, all share the owner's kindness toward the customers, treating us like family. Who does that? They say attitude is everything, well it sure is working at ICA metals. Just wanted to share the great experience I have at LCA metal comp.since I called to ask about the prices the lady that answered the phone she was very professional and very nice and as soon we walked in there they greeted me with a big smile the guy came up to us and helped us right away. We have had nothing but the best customer service from this company. They supplied us with specialty metal from a third party vendor who did not meet their or our quality standard upon arrival so they rectified it and made it right beyond my expectations. Staff are very professional and knowledgeable in the material and they have. I was the middle man for my father in law, and the girls Bre and Megan were the best, very friendly & very patient due to me going back and fourth with my father in law in regards of the material needed and color. We had placed order and figured we needed more supplies and they were very helpful with adding everything in without a problem. Delivery was also great, communication with driver to office staff and to me was phenomenal. We live in North Shore and they were able to provide us with a 1 hour notice so we could be prepared to receive the order. Will be ordering from them in the future. Thank you so much LCA Metal.

I have been using LCA metals for 3 years for all my metal fabrication needs. Megan and Bree are the best. They are friendly,knowledgeable and professional and they get pricing back very fast. And when the order is placed it's usually ready in a few days. The warehouse guys are also very professional and helpful loading your materials. I highly recommend LCA.
