A very odd and unprofessional experience. I was referred to Andrew by Legal Shield. The initial call was great, and I sent him the file on my case. After review, we spoke again, and instead of taking the case on contingency, Andrew wanted to do a retainer with hourly plus contingency, which I agreed to, and even insisted on increasing the contingency percentage. I told him I could fund the retainer and start the case in about three weeks. At this point, his demeanor changed significantly, and it got awkward. He then told me to call him back when I was ready to start and that he wouldn't sent the agreement to be reviewed until then. Odd, but I agreed.

I called him back sooner than originally forecast, 20 days later, ready to start the case and fund the retainer, but it went to voice mail. Over the next few days I left several voicemails and texts until I finally got a text reply that he wasn't interested in working with me. I said I was sorry to hear that, and asked why but did not receive a reply. I sent a follow-up asking for the reason, but still no reply. Very unprofessional; should have believed the other reviews.

I'm OP on a NINE MONTH MARRIAGE.. My even dumber Husband hired this clown of an attorney to get our divorce done.. this attorney sent me a Judgment which was completely wrong-I sent it back to them at the beginning of May to make corrections and changes. They finally sent it to me yesterday and it is still wrong. This office -Andrew R..is incompetent. Do not hire him. I've been a Family Law paralegal for 20 years and I can do this stuff in my sleep. I sent them a judgment that I prepared with all the mandatory forms, and they chose to send me back their judgment, which again was completely incorrect.

I highly recommend Mr. Rosenfeld. He is such an amazing person. He helped me with an outrageous guardianship case against me and then with my divorce. Won the guardianship in a matter of minutes. There really is no winner in a divorce only compromise. Mr. Rosenfeld does not sugar coat the reality of the situation that you are in. He lays out the options and possible outcomes and does let you choose, but he does not give you false hope. He is extremely knowledgeable and will fight for you like you are family. His office assistant Shannon is such an wonderful woman. She is kind and attentive and makes you feel like you are the most important client, even though they have many and I'm sure everyone feels that way. They are a great team. I highly reccomend them to everyone and I did have to compromise in my case. If I had to do it again, I would still only choose Andrew Rosenfeld. He was a Godsend. You will not be disappointed.

Mr. Rosenfled was super unprofessional during our meeting. Wish I would have read his reviews before. I was super excited about my case and just wanted to make sure I was not being taken for everything from a third party as well as hire Mr. Rosenfeld; but after our conversation he has totally killed all the excitement in me. I understand you have tons of randoms just trying to get free information out of you but if you took the time (longer than 2 minutes) to talk to me I was ready to hire a lawyer for advice along the way. Thought our conversation was a free consultation but I guess that was my fault for trusting. Mr. Rosenfeld you are very unprofessional and short in conversation.

I had a 30 min consultation which only lasted about 10 minutes. I am a single mom fighting a legal battle to relocate my son to a state with better academic opportunities. In the middle of our conversation as I was stating the info Mr. Rosenfeld cut me off and stated, "you must seem to know what you seem to know you have the freedom to pursue another lawyer, have a nice day." So basically look for another lawyer because it was a waste of his time since the 10 minute consultation was "free." Because he did not even complete the 30 minutes of the consultation. Completely unprofessional and no empathy because he wasn't being paid. This was by far the worst experience I have had with any lawyer.

I just want to say for all the negative comments saying this and that about him, YOU WANT THAT IN AN ATTORNEY! IMAGINE HIM INSIDE THE COURT ROOM, He controls the conversation and bottom line he is right, he doesn’t waste his time and he isn’t going to waste yours either he makes valid points that would be found to be foundational in a court room! If anyone doesn’t like to waste their time it’s THE JUDGE and Mr. ROSENFELD isn’t going to waste the judges time, he isn’t going to be pushed around either this attorney handles his business like a Boss. I couldn’t be more happier to have him represent me I needed someone like him!!!
