There are not enough stars to give for the level of professionalism, care and integrity that Julie exemplifies. I hired Julie to help my daughter file for divorce. My daughter has been extremely ill battling a disease and tumor and is not financially in a position to afford herself legal representation. After contacting other local services and experiencing a terrible experience with another in Murrieta, I found Julie and read every one of her reviews before making the decision to call. I am soooo glad I did. Julie treated my daughter with respect and dignity. She listened and never judged her. She did not treat my daughter less than because of her finances. She gave sound advice and gave my daughter options. She made a terribly stressful decision easy and seamless. where do I begin, I started my divorce back in 2016 and had no idea what I was doing. I had put it on hold for years due to life just happening. I was referred by my clients mother and when I searched up J&J Document I found out she was located just down the street from me. From the moment I called and left a voicemail, to the speedy call back Julia has been amazing. Made an appointment and got my now ex husband to come. She explained everything in detail to the both of us, since I had already started the process and was currently still active she was able to iron out the details, get the proof of service and our signatures filed. We started the process on 3/19/2024, final judgement was on 6/17/24 and was even backdated to 6/7/24. I am now divorced as of 6/7 🙂 She saved me a ton of money, gave us options, walked us through every single piece of the process, answered every email, every question and was very knowledgeable. If we could give her 10 stars we definitely would! I highly recommend her, in fact.. she’s the only one I recommend. After 8 years I can now finally marry my best friend and Julia made that possible. I can't tell you how grateful I am that I found Julie to help me with the guardianship for my granddaughter. The help I received was exceptional. I came to J&J documents for my divorce. I was told that they " would be with me to the end". At first everything seemed fine. As time went on, things changed. When I would go to court for some hearings, I was told by the judge that my paperwork was NOT submitted on time. This happened several times. There also was times that I could not get ahold of anyone FOR MONTHS. I was texting, emailing, going through 3rd party answering service and no response until it was too late to have response sent in on time with the courts. I was embarrassed so many times in the courtroom, sitting there hearing the judge telling me that the paperwork was filled to late or the right paperwork wasn't even filled. Last week I had to go to court because my ex filed paperwork. I contacted J&J when I first received the paperwork and asked them, "what now? Don't I have to respond?" I was told, "no". Just show up to court. It didn't sound right but I listened to J&J. Needless to say, the judge scolded me for NOT RESPONDING and my ex won and got was he was asking for. Just so disgusted and disappointed 😞☹️
