Unresponsive, unaccountable, and unethical. We retained Dionne and from the beginning he was late to or a no-show for our appointment times. Mariah set appointments and the rest of the office staff threw her under the bus as if she were the reason the attorney couldn’t follow through. My husband literally had to drive to the office because our emails and phone calls were unanswered. Eventually Dionne text us “concerned” we were trying to reach him, only to tell us he “didn’t want to take the case in the first place”. And, absent of us sending him $5,000 for a restraining order we ended up defending ourselves and prevailing, he couldn’t do anything for us. The drop letter was the fastest response we received from this office. If your seeking legal counsel don’t waste your time here.

The experience with Choyce Law Firm was very professional and straightforward from the first call. I thought my court date was later than it was for my speeding ticket and called the day before my court date. The receptionist was empathetic and assured me the lawyer would handle everything. I was somewhat fearful due to the short notice but less than a month has passed and I just got a letter stating my speeding charge was reduced to a non moving violation with a small fine and NO POINTS on my record.
