Donato Legal Group is an incredible law firm, and they truly care about their clients. We were lucky enough to have been referred to them to take on my daughter's case and from the beginning we knew that we were in good hands! My daughter is a Hispanic Lesbian woman who experienced many oppressions and mistreatment during the duration of her case. After feeling deeply defeated by the legal system, Alan Donato and Danielle turned our hopes into reality. Not only did they go out of their way to make her feel heard, understood and fought for, they also made sure to keep us informed about all of the case proceedings. Their representation went well beyond their knowledge of criminal law. We are grateful for the positive outcome and would refer to our loved ones should an event arise. Highly Highly recommend.

Donato Law Office provided abysmal representation for my son's case. Not only was the handling of the case inadequate, but the attorney recommended a 24-year package deal for my African American son. Shockingly, his white and Samoan co-defendants received significantly lighter sentences of less than 6 years each. The glaring disparity in outcomes raises serious concerns about fairness and proper legal advocacy. As a result, my son remains behind bars while his co-defendants are already back home. Avoid Donato if you expect equitable and effective criminal defense representation.

Never in a million years would I think I would need a defense attorney but unfortunately here we are.
