Denis helped me with a DUI right after the campfire in 2019. I was homeless and so stressed out and in a continuous custody battle. I was a mess, stressed, and deeply depressed. After receiving a DUI I took to the internet to find a DUI lawyer in Sacramento. The first lawyer I came across was Denis White. After reading all of the wonderful reviews about him I decided to give him a call and hopefully get a consult for free. I soon reached out to him and not only did he give me a consult for free but he talked to me on the phone for over an hour just to understand what happened in my case, gave me recommendations as to what I should do, and said to talk to my parents and call him back if I chose to go with him. No pressure whatsoever. We obviously decided to have Denis represent me and it was the best decision I ever made. He not only made the process so easy but he also did an amazing job of keeping my family calm while he went to work. I never once had to ask Denis for anything, maybe to clarify here and there but he absolutely knew what needed to be done and took care of everything and always made sure I knew what to do on my end. He even hired a private investigator and said he would pay out of pocket if it wasn't extensive work. I was never charged for it. All told the criminal case was made to disappear and the DMV granted a Set Aside. No criminal penalties, no loss of driving privilege and no insurance rate hike! I didn't even have to pay to get my license reinstated. Denis really is an honest, caring, and knowledgeable lawyer.
