Byron was a tremendous help! I recently received a driving on a suspended about a week or so prior to getting my license reinstated. The process took a while however Bryon asked me for the citation and then some supporting documents showing that I was in the process of obtaining my license. He kept me up to date with the court dates and let me know what was going on. He was very realistic as far as what could be best case scenario and what could be worst case.

Byron provided me with his cellphone and made sure he made himself available whenever I needed him. There was even a point where I was not receiving his text messages and probably pestered him several times, only to realize he had been responding to me the entire time. The error was on my end. His patience with the situation, and the case was amazing.

I highly recommend Bryon if you need an attorney. It is money well spent, and I know legal situations are usually a bad deal, but Byron takes much of the stress away.

When looking for an attorney, there seems to be one everywhere looking for the next deal. This is not the case with Byron. My case was in an area 5 hours from here. I was stopped on Thanksgiving evening and arrested for a potential DUI violation. I was pretty sure I was innocent. Hopefully you will not have the misfortune of being sucked into the DUI industry that has risen up in California. You may be innocent but that does not mean it will not cost you a lot of money and a conviction of some sort. This is where you want Byron on your side, everything you read in the 5 star reviews is true, he is courteous, responsive, skilled and attentive to details. He keeps you appraised of the status of your case every time something happens and works hard to get you the best possible outcome. I was very impressed at how quickly he would respond to my calls, emails and texts. I cannot envision having a better person representing me.

After 4 months Byron had my case dismissed with all charges dropped, the best possible outcome. He can't achieve those results for everyone but I believe he tries. I highly recommend his services.
