First time visiting Carol Miller Traffic Courthouse. Confidently, walking inside, through metal detectors to Traffic Court. The process was a breeze and organized, leaving with a smile and productive. Great job.

I was honestly expecting my experience to be horrible considering the reviews and was pretty scared. But right when I came there’s someone to explain everything to you. How to pay for parking, where to go, what to do. Everyone was very helpful and kind at 8 am on a Wednesday. It was not busy at all and the judge was considerate with my situation. I came out with a good experience.

If you want to speed, or commit any other traffic infraction, do not do it in Sacramento county, you will be fined to the bone and ordered to do countless hours of excessive community service. Unlike any other county in CA. The judges here are also biased, unfair, and rather demoralizing. 1/10

Take it from someone who knows..., for those of you, who may have 'outstanding' traffic matters or issues and have been, shall we say 'reluctant' to address them, for/from sheer "FEAR" and paranoia that they'll be arrested tried, flogged and taken off to jail as one of America's Most Wanted, prepare to have your whole world turned upside down. These people are ANGELS, simply "masquerading" as sheriffs, clerks, judges,etc... . No joke and about as relieved and pleasantly surprised as "You'll" be, when you go. EVERYBODY, (sure there's maybe an exception somewhere... usually is), every single person was on their best behavior and like a neighbor or ain't or uncle, the Magistrate herself was like everybody's 'big sister', and they'll even tell you that the very last thing they wanna do is lock you up. You're confronted with compassion, consideration and exceptional treatment, IN YOUR FACE. There's nothin you can do but be (undeservedly?) Happy! No jail, no fines that send you to the poorhouse, no stripping you of your dignity or humanity, just a bunch of very knowledgeable and down to earth people ready to treat you like family and get you to a better place. Stop putting it off. Go! They even have bathrooms for the extra nervous ones.

They assigned a commissioner to my case that is registered on the California bar as inactive. ( not legit) in addition to this, they submitted a denial to my request for a continuance, and the reason that they put originally was failure to show proof of service. They’re most certainly was proof of service and I called the clerks office and they agreed with me. They spoke with the judge and the judge said he still denied it, but did not give a reason why they changed the documents online after I spoke with the judge and they are now blank. Corrupt

Absolutely horrible Judge.And the mediator, Prejudice at its finest level! Tenant dispute issue with lots of documents to proof how shady and unprofessional is the ICH, Inc (property owner)is yet she did not rule to my favour as a tenant with rights.She doesn’t even let you talk, her head is somewhere far away from being reasonable and just. The mediator, didn’t even look at any evidence that I have and just kept standing with the prejudice Landlord and his even more prejudice attorney. This court was chosen for tenant disputes cases for a reason! No justice system at all. There should be a court to sue this corrupted court!
