I hate seeing all the bad reviews. I can't imagine that they would ever do anything to deserve that. The owner is the sweetest friendliest person and bent over backwards to be helpful. They have great prices for their PO boxes. And they always treat me like I'm family there. Great place.

Please ignore all the "I had one bad experience one time so I'm going to rip this poor small business a new one with a one-star review." haters.

Argham(sp?) was the person who assissted me with a very large and cumbersome and awkward item (motorcycle seat for two for those curious georges out there lol) that needed to be shipped. He helped me tape everything up, get it all packed up (for free mind you) in the proper fitting box (also free mind you) and found the cheapest most affordable and practical shipper to ship such an item, saving me about 120 bucks. Great customer service! Who ever reads this at your business, Mikhail says Argham deserves a raise! Thanks again

I’m very disappointed. I have come to this location twice and both times they were closed DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS!!!!! I came on 11/3/23 at 530 pm and they were closed, even though the sign says they close at 6 pm! I returned on Saturday 11/4 at 2:20 pm and they were closed AGAIN even though the closing time is 3 pm!!!

This happens to be my favorite USPS shipping store because it is very conveniently close to my home.
Also, The store is always clean and well organized. Which I personally prefer In general.
The customer service here is phenomenal each and every time I have been here to ship my packages. And/or when I needed supplies like stationary envelopes, cards, packaging, boxes, bubble wrap, stamps, et cetera.
They always find a solution for my dilemmas or answers to my questions.
I highly recommend using their services, especially if you're in the area or looking for your shipping needs.

I sent my taxes certified here and he charged me 31$, my mom sent the exact same thing at the post office and it cost 11$. This place is a total scam. I'll never use here again, save your time and money and just go to the post office.
P.s. your supposed to get a discount when sending to military bases, but my mom sent stuff to my brother on a military base and got charged full price to Korea. I'd give zero stars if I could. To the owner, yes I'm sure I went there.

Used to be good, now they're terrible. Young girl every day who doesn't understand anything. I told her I wanted to be sure my package wasn't heavier than the weight I'd made the label with. I explained 3 times and all she would tell me is that the transaction worked so everything was fine, which didn't really address my issue. She's the only one there on weekdays and this owner should not leave only her in the office because she can't understand or communicate with customers. When I tried later to discuss with her all she would say is that "you should have said..." "You should have said....." I believe she's simply not smart enough to handle this office herself. I'll find somewhere else. When the young man is there, he understand the customers and is very intelligent. So sad to see this place go down hill.

I absolutely love this place. The workers are so helpful and friendly. They ship with DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. They even have free candy!!! They also packed up my packages for me (and I had a lot) as well as helped me look for the proper box. Would 100% recommend this shipping place to anyone!
