The worker was 20 minutes late opening the store and when I asked her why she was late she said “they don’t pay me extra.” I said if they pay you at all then you should have some pride in your work and at least show up on time. She just gave me nasty attitude and was absolutely no help to me at all. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional! Go anywhere else for your mail needs this place is a complete waste of time.

Isabelle was very friendly and provided great customer service. I feel bad that I interrupted her lunch break, since there was no other staff available. She however was very good about the whole thing and I appreciate her help.

This place is amazing! What some of you don’t seem to understand and love to complain about on here is the $5 drop off fee for the UPS packages! Let me just explain it so for those of you who think they just keep your money! Since Quick Pack and Ship is not a UPS store they have to charge you $5 because that’s what UPS charges them when they give them the packages! If you just ask you’ll get your answer! If your complaining about the $5, your gonna have to pay it regardless on gas going to a UPS store in Kingsburg or Visalia!! Anyways! Thank you QPS for your service to our community!

I really dislike coming here the owner is unprofessional and always rude with attitude. I use to drive to reedley to avoid this place all together. But sadly they closed up shop. Just saying the chip needs to be removed off the shoulder or get a new profession and a new person to run staff. They are also always gone a certain time during business hours. Not convenient especially when your the only one available in town

They wanted to charge me $5 to drop off a UPS package. I almost paid it too. But they don’t take debit card for that. Cash only. Probably goes into her pocket.That’s ridiculous. As soon as I put my package back in my vehicle. The UPS truck pulled up. I gave him the package. Free.

Was very displeased. The lady was on the phone the whole time and was super rude.Like I was bothering her with my business. I dropped a package off and it was supposed to be free since it was an amazon return. They charged me $10.00 and I can not locate my package. I am calling and no one answers. Will never go to this place again. I do not recommend it at all.

This is my go to place for mailing purposes. The owner is super nice and always very helpful! Quick transactions and absolutely no wait time. You can’t find great quality, great pricing, and professionalism any where else!
