First of all they NEVER answer their business phone what’s so ever, you’ll have to call multiple times until someone decides to pick up. when I went in the “secretary” was just gossiping on the phone. Second of all, very unprofessional she neglects her clients, when you have a question or want to speak with her she has her “secretary” speak with you about information you want to speak with the Tax Preparer and she speaks about you with her secretary like if anyone can’t hear her then has her secretary tell you what she just said. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you like being neglected and have a TP unprofessional then go right ahead.
