Robert Martinez, of Mendo Legal Document Services is an absolute God send. In trying to navigate the seemingly impossible and intimidating landscape of a legal battle, Robert’s knowledge and ability to break down complexities in an understandable way was beyond my expectation. He has a thorough understanding of forms, deadlines, preparation, and the language needed in preparation of self representation or to lay the groundwork needed to find representation. In fact, he was able to summarize the most complex case, one of which a handful of top attornies in the area were intimated by, much less fully comprehend in record time. His innate observance skills and drive to fill in missing links was invaluable and unmatched.

He is worth his weight in gold. If you are attempting to charter legal waters, I highly recommend you asking him to be a critical and crucial part of your crew.

Mr. Martinez has many years of experience working with the legal system in Mendocino and Sonoma counties, knows the Mendocino rules of court, and accurately prepares the needed documents for filing and service. As of July 2024, does not provide NOTARY services, contrary to Google Maps listing him as doing so. Owner says he has tried, without success to get Google to stop including him in notary searches.

Does incomplete work hired and paid him handsomely and he lied to my face about serving documents in court and wouldn't form responses when asked and didn't include them costing dearly in court, has a very big ego and bad attitude, argues when you call him out on incomplete work, response was never included, awaiting proof, also he never emailed me copies of.filed paper work he is in it for the money tells u he will do something then tell u he didn't do what was paid for service and cites laziness as reason for his lies to my face!
