We contacted DeCarli Law after receiving a five star recommendation from a neighbor. We need our wills and trust updated and finalized before I went in for heart surgery. Debra DeCarli responded quickly and came to our home for the initial consultation. It was clear immediately that she was highly organized, practical, and knowledgeable of the issues facing older people.
From there the process of revising and reviewing went swiftly. Debra and her assistant, Max Courtney, were available to us and responsive to our questions and changing ideas/needs. They went the extra mile to get the work done, signed, and sealed prior to my surgery.
We now have the most well organized and highly accessible Will and Trust, health directives, power of attorney documents and much more than one could possibly ask for or expect. We took this with us to a meeting with our bank manager. She was quite impressed by our ability to locate everything that was needed and with the layout of the material. She kept saying that she's never before seen such a well-organized, accessible will and trust. She asked to have a look through it and was thoroughly impressed. As are we. All in all, a good experience.

Debra DeCarli made the complex process of creating a trust (for a new California resident) so easy! We started the process just a few weeks before the shutdown for the pandemic and the office stayed in touch, so as not to drop the ball. So glad I found this fantastic office! Highly recommend!
