I am a notary that completed a signing for TBN and still have not been paid 160 days later. Countless emails have resulted in repeated apologies, assurances and pleas for my patience and understanding from several staff members including Marion, Precious, Zay, and Ems. Last email informed me they would need four more weeks due to cash flow issues. Amazing to witness all the effort they have put into not paying me $100.

To say that Best Notary is a great mobile notary service is truly an understatement! Over the past few years, I’ve worked with other notaries but I’ve never seen this level of customer service and determination in a notary before! They were amazing under a very tight timeframe with helping us get our deeds submitted and recorded before Proposition 19 took effect. They were in constant contact with me every step of the way. Hands down TheBestNotary I have ever used.

I was really excited to utilize the the services of TheBestNotary. Eli and his team are life savers. This was clearly the easiest, most convenient and stress free service when it comes to notaries. Lets be honest here. Some people like myself simply don't have the time to run around and get signatures and drive to the apostille in Sacramento. Cost wise it is a great deal. They come to you and just get the job done. Their communication is great and let you know exactly when you will get the docs back all signed. Their process clearly saved me time, money and headache. Also, my wife was really impressed of the quality of service they provide.
