I am so upset with the court’s incompetence. My lawyer was forced to modify order for our conservatorship case because the court made an error that needed to be corrected. Because of their error, the need to modify and re-file, I was charged another filing fee ($128). That is the definition of ridiculous and highway robbery. I don’t get rewarded at my job for making mistakes so why do I need to pay the penalty for someone’s incompetence.

Corrupt judges with no dignity. Pretending like they care but you are just a number for revenue to make. No matter what happened, fathers automatically lose and expect domestic violence restraining order that is the biggest revenue stream in this county.
When the community or whatever called organization contracted with county involved, automatically approved for their requests. For men in the county, when your lady got mad and left the house, call the police before they do and file complaint first. If you are late, your life is going to end up in hell. Your children will become the little money sacks for the organizations waiting to rip everything apart.

Always courteous staff, very helpful throughout the process. Parking can be a bit tricky. Update: covid policy in place and appointments are needed for family services (easy to do online or walkup to schedule if you don't have access)
