I have been there twice. The first time was near closing but they stayed late to get me what I needed. I was in there yesterday with a friend. They helped him out to get what he needed, which was very generous of them. I highly recommend Mail Biz Etc. Thank you Steve and Holly! Your AWESOME!!!

I had an outstanding experience at Mail Biz Etc.! As a shipping specialist, they offer a full range of services including notary public and UPS services. Steve Rutledge, the Vice President, and Holly Rutledge, the CEO, are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Good people are few and far between these are good people. As I’m facing significant challenges with a bank regarding my property of twenty-seven years, I shared a portion of my story with Steve he was a lil busy I wasn't sure if he heard it. After realizing what I needed to fight the wrongful foreclosure was abit out of my range. I left the building. Now in my car backing up Steve came out to my car and said hey you were wronged I can help. He had me and my friend come back in and assured me that my needs would be taken care of. We worked out a deal. Steve and his Wife are good people deep down in their soul. They have been through times such as myself (that probably goes for most people). I highly respect Fighters that have survived struggles in life and not forgotten those times. Not weak to give up but strong to build back up, to get where they are today. They were in a position to help me out and they did with no strings attached! Ive only been in there twice, I don't know them personally. They helped me more than they know! I am truly Greatful! Thank You Steve and Holly! I walked out of there with everything I needed, feeling as though I had just received a gift from angels. A Call came in from their son.
A special shoutout to their son, who recently passed the test to join the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local 477. ( I went thru 5 year apprentiship in that program:) It’s a moment of great excitement for him, and it’s just another example of the caring and supportive environment that Mail Biz Etc. fosters.
In a world where good people are hard to find, this business stands out as a gem. Highly recommended!
Shawna (my daughters name who I picked 🙂 your negative post should be removed as it is unfair to effect a Family Business. Mistakes get made I'm not sure who made one here but I am sure everyone has a bad day, and these people will do the right thing! You should support family businesses not big banking (who I'm in a fight for their wrong doing) Go back in talk to them work it out.

The lady that works there and notarizes documents is extremely rude and unprofessional. Having been a notary myself in the past, you are taught in notary school to have the person signing the document sign it exactly how their name is printed. She failed to do that the 1st time and when I went back with my fiance she tried to charge him another $15. When I asked why he had to pay again when they did it wrong the first time she raised her voice and got super aggressive. Anyone who needs a notary check with your bank before going there. Banks typically do it for free anyway.

In the past service has been great.. sometimes had to wait for other customers.. no problem. Today there was a lady working there that was extremely rude. Went in sent an email to their email site to print two pages the lady working there said it’ll be 20 minutes or more she was helping the customer in front of us. The customer heard we only had to print two pages and said go ahead and take care of those folks first I still have to fill out my forms first. So we waited and waited.. only to be ignored. Finally I asked the employee were you going to print out our two pages… In a very rude manner the response was… no I already told you would be 20 minutes or so. So we left

A very nice Independent Mail service center. I have used them a few times with good results. The best part is their rates seem to be much better than the national chain mail centers.
