We've used their mail box service for over 10 years and it's very convenient for us. The owner and staff are always friendly and helpful. And they have a great selection of home and office decor, cards, and gifts in their storefront. Worth stopping by just for that!

I had a bad experience with the notary service at PJ’s. The person who attended me was named Andrew. I went there to request a notarization for a power of attorney letter. He told me he could not sign or seal anything, claiming it was illegal, even when I showed my identification and documents. This indicates his lack of knowledge. The service he provided was terrible, and he needs more knowledge and a better attitude. I am Mexican, an honest person who came to request a notarization for a power of attorney letter that I need to send to Mexico. His attitude was awful, and to me, it felt like racism. Please avoid coming to this store where they are not capable of serving a diverse clientele.
P.S. I was able to do it at UPS store in Lincoln next to Safeway very professional people.

Walked in one afternoon two weeks ago. I was the only costumer in the entire store with two employees working. I asked if I could get a live scan because the website states they take walk-ins. The guy behind the counter asked if I had an appointment. I told him no… he raised his eye brows and signed….. he told me they were absolutely “slammed” and would need an appointment as he flipped through his appointment book. I laughed as I looked arround at the completely empty store.. I left and and the guy went back to doubting nothing at his desk. I went to Spade Security in Rocklin where I was greeted with a smile and immediate service. Highly recommend using another business for live scans or likely other services.

My brother and I had to have some papers notarized fairly quickly one afternoon… We popped in, and we were able to get everything taken care of very quickly and professionally! I will always be returning for any notary help that I need !

My father needed very important documents printed last minute and because he did not own a printer I sent the documents to the store for printing. I called the store to give them a heads up that he was on his way to pick up the documents. He lives down the street. The girl on phone said they were closing in 5 min (5pm) . To avoid any more time taken from them I gave them the information they would need to print the copies ahead of time. They agreed to do that for him. My father got there at 5:01 and they refused to open the door for him. He knocked on the window and they just stared at him!!! No answer. Why would they agree to print the copies and then not acknowledge the person picking them? I’m an in shock that this is how they treat their customers. Is 1 min past closing really too much to ask? Unbelievable.

Went in to print a single copy and have it scanned and emailed back to me. I then asked if I could include my 17 pages with the printed page. I was told, “sure no problem.” When I went to check out the charge was $ 2.00 for the copy & $18 to scan. Unbelievable! It didn’t cost PJs Mail & Parcel anything to scan and email. I expected a flat fee but because the staff did not flinch when saying,” no problem “ I did not expect an $18 fee. I will not be back.I would recommend UPS I printed the 17 pages there yesterday & scanned back to me the entire transaction including tax was $17.09. I wanted to support a local business but the sneaky price gauge is not supportive to the patrons.

Great customer service. Each time I have been this great postal shop I have been greeted with excellent customer service. They went out of their way to help me with a package. You won't be disappointed with this business.

This business was nice but to be honest when I decided to quit receiving mail from this place it has been a big Hassel and I tried forwarding my mail using the post office they told me no it will not work, I have to contact everyone I receive mail with individually and tell them my new address. And pjs failed to tell me this. And so now I'm the one in the frustrating side of the situation and the post office and pjs could care less. All I know is I feel this bad customer service , because not once have I been helped and I still am wondering how I'm going to fix this. I would not recommend using this company to anyone especially if you don't want to deal with a big issue like this .
