Excellent service, always answered questions and phone calls and emails. Definitely work hard for you. I wish I had found them first, I called a different attorney because I didn’t have a clue, the other attorney was terrible, just prolonged everything as long as possible. This office was on the ball from day one. I very highly recommend them. So glad I switched. Got me a good settlement in about a year and a half. Call them you will be happy you did. California Workers is a great place to call when you have issues with your employer. I was injured on the job and when I tried the injury my boss dismissed it. So I called California Workers and they were able to make and case and get me a settlement. If I ever have problems with employers again I know who to call.

2nd Review: Terrible service from top to bottom. Anyone I've spoken to, in relation to this company, provides mediocre service. I'm currently represented by Jose Avina and can give no positive feedback. There's constant delays between receiving information. I can't remember the last time anything was provided on my first request. Frequent misinformation and apologies are frustrating when the service doesn't ever improve. After my initial review, Jose reached out to apologize for the companies prior service and assured me things would be different now that he'd be taking over. But there haven't been any improvements.

After burning through two attorneys I started to wonder if Worker's Compensation attorney swear as terrible as the claims examiners I dealt with that drove me to get my first Attorney. I called the phone number the gentleman by the name of Jose picked up the phone and I went on to tell him my long story of going through to Attorney's firing two attorneys and I will be honest with you. He did not sound enthusiastic about dealing with me until he started to ask me questions. His questions were very upfront he presented them very politely. And I was under the impression he was trying to figure out if I was the problem or if I was a crazy person. Now I will give it to him I'm Italian and I can be difficult to deal with , I definitely have hot blood. But my injury was fairly serious he did inform me that the previous lawyers would put a lien on my case which I assume that means they were going to get a percentage at least that's what he said. But he did a terrific job totally smashed all my preconceived notions and experiences with Worker's Compensation law firms. My settlement was nowhere near what I expected and he told me that would be the case. My only regret is I didn't call Jose first because he truly did all the work and had to split my fee with two other lawyers. Don't make the mistake call ask for Jose.

I'd like to leave five stars for everybody who work with me on my case at California Worker's Compensation lawyers in Riverside. I have to be honest when I was googling looking for a lawyer to hire I had such anxiety about it due to lawyers having such a bad reputation. But the insurance company was so terrible to me I really had no choice. So I guess I got very lucky in finding this law firm. Because everybody was very honest there was no shady business going on. Totally changed my mind about lawyers for now at least. Thank you everybody.

My mother was injured at work and considering that she’s on the older side, she did not know what to do or expect after letting her job know about the injury. I called this firm and Spoke to Jose and was immediately put at ease. We were able to get an appointment to see him the same day to discuss my mother’s options.
