Christopher Hernandez was my attorney for family law/ child custody, and divorce we went over everything since the beginning in 2019 and I was upset how long the case was taking. Most times he would not show up to court but send someone else. I was his client for almost 4 years I did ended up getting a new attorney because I felt that Christopher Hernandez didn't represent me as I thought he would. I felt like my cases was not going anywhere and things wore not communicated correctly. I did refer people to Christopher Hernandez back then so hopefully he was helpful for them but as for me it was very disappointing.

I was referred by a friend to Mr. Christopher Hernandez to represent me and handle my case. I paid a retainer fee, and after my case was settled, I made numerous attempts to contact his office to obtain the breakdown of his service. After several months of no response and frustration, I was able to speak to Mr. Hernandez over the phone and was told that he would send me the breakdown in a few days, but that was the last time I heard from him. I've been trying for almost a year to get the breakdown and get my refund of the remaining balance.

AT the Beginning when I first paid Christopher to represent me in my family Law Matter I Believed in Christopher Because of His Representation.Then I lost Hope over Rumors and A conversation I had with Christopher Then After 2 court Appearances with Christopher my Belief is Back he is fighting for custody of My Daughter and I see now that Christopher and his Team are working hard for Custody of my Daughter and now I’m Glad I Choose Christopher “I had conversations with His Team and. Christopher “ Christopher Actually Mentioned so Many things in my Case other Lawyers never did which lets me know other Lawyers didn’t do they JOB” I Believe if I had Christopher Representing me since the Beginning I would have never Lost my case and it would be over “I Also Believe Christopher will do A Great JOB Along with His Team to help me regain custody of my Daughter and I’m in Good Hands Now thank GOD “because there are so many Other lawyers out there that will take you’re money and not Fight for you At All. do not trust him with your case unless you want to waste your time and money, he will not guarantee or fight for you like he promises, he will take your money and not show up to court but send someone else last min who knows nothing about your case. its been 3 years and I'm still his client! his reasoning to this is " the court system is complicated" its ridiculous!! please do not waste your time and go hire someone else

Christopher Hernandez is not a professional divorce attorney. Unfortunately he was paid upfront after initial consultation. Since then he is hard to reach, takes weeks to return phone calls only to say he doesn’t have an answer to the question. Does not work to defend your assets after paid in full. Highly discourage anyone from hiring him.

Unfortunately back in 2009 I needed an attorney. The attorney who I retained was appointed as a superior judge and could no longer represent me, so I was transferred to attorney Luis Aguilar. I had a terrible experience with him, he was incompetent in my matter (Wasn't in family law or bankruptcy) and really didn't assist in any way. I had to do the footwork. If you need an attorney in matters outside of family law or bankruptcy, I do not recommend this firm. My experience was back when the firm was at 3540 Twelfth Street in Riverside.

Christopher Hernandez has to be the most unqualified human being not even lawyer i’ve ever worked with. Incompetent and unprofessional. He just sat on my case for almost a year doing nothing. Talking about Strategy in delaying the case. Plus he has a big gang tattoo on the back of his head. I came to learn he’s a laughing stock at the courts. Don’t even get me started with his assistant Andrea who knows nothing about law. I was solicited into their service outside on the streets by some street peddler and unfortunately this being my first time I didn’t know any better. Came to find out even that is illegal. What a hot mess. Don’t hire this guy unless you want to end up in jail.
