Cassandra Hearn represented me in a particularly acrimonious divorce and DV case. She was always professional and well-prepared for our many court appearances. Cassandra communicates well and often, and is clear, concise, and realistic with information and expectations. Divorce is extremely difficult, but having an attorney who has integrity, and is kind, intelligent, and knowledgeable makes it bearable.

Fantastic attorney! Well prepared for court and incredibly competent and persuasive. Cassandra is calm in her approach and very caring towards her clients. Her knowledge of the law carries over Into the courtroom giving the client the confidence that she is doing EVERYTHING possible to win the case. In my circumstance it was a slam dunk! Cassandra and her team have assisted me with family matters over the past few years. Cassandra at Icon came to me many many years ago when my child was still young, we have worked together for many years and I must say she has been nothing less than a blessing to me and my family. She is extremely intelligent, educated, and experienced. She knows the judges and other various area attorneys very well through her many years of experience. She is compassionate, listens to your concerns, and gives nothing but honest feedback. She is not here to make money like so many others, but here to HELP. When it's regarding your children you can't cheap out if you care about your family. Do what's best for you and your family and hire Icon Legal Team if you want the best. You pay for what you get, and if you want the best there is no other place to look. If you want an attorney that addresses your case a day before court, look elsewhere. That's what you will find with so many others!

Cassandra Hearn represented me in a hard custody case i been battling for a long time. She is a great attourney. Cassandra and her associate Ashley did an amazing job from the very first day all the way through trial. Cassandra really took care of me and any concerns i had, in court she gave nothing but the truth and hard facts she knew how to keep the judge locked in. I couldnt of gotten a better attourney anywhere. Thanks to Cassandra me and my son will continue to share that father and son relashionship and bond. I will always be greatful. I highly recommend her for anyone needing an attourney she is the best!!

Stay away from Ms. Hearn unless you want incompetent representation and someone who only cares about cashing your checks. She "represented" a close friend in a custody dispute her with ex-husband. I am aware of everything she did and didn't do during the time she represented my friend as I was left to help clean up some of the mess. Ms Hearn failed to communicate with or respond to my friend repeatedly, failed to timely file important documents, claimed she served her adversary on dates when she never did, and failed to write letters to opposing counsel after repeated requests to do so. One of the letters she did write had to be completely rewritten because it looked like it was written by a third grader. My friend was forced to hire another local attorney and now she is severely prejudiced because of Ms. Hearn's gross ineffective assistance. The absolute ONLY thing she cares about is getting paid. I'd search for another attorney in the area if you need help because Ms. Hearn is not the answer you are looking for.
