I have hired Moshtael Family Law two times and am happy with the outcome from both. I spent the first four years after divorce being bullied and taken advantage of.
Needing to complete a move away case, I hired Moshtael the first time. I was worried about the cost. They did a great job of assigning lawyers and paralegals to my case to keep the cost down when needed and when it was time to fight, the more senior lawyers stepped in.
The second time I hired Moshtael was for a Child Support Modification. The kids father is a master of hiding income and wanted more money from me (mind you, he is well off, and I had to move because I could not afford to live in the area). Moshtael Group did excellent, father settled, but did let me know we will be doing this again in 6 months when he adjusts his income.
I will absolutely hire Moshtael again!..... and likely, again, and again, and again until the kids are 18 or done with high school. Haha!
Also, I would like to mention, had I been at the mercy of Department of Child Support Services I would be paying 3x the amount due to their sloppy errors. Hiring Moshtael Group paid off and saved me stress by dealing with father for me.

I hired Navid and his team recently after several attorneys in the area that I live, which is San Diego, declined to take the case due to my missing the filing deadline to submit a response to my ex-wife‘s appeal on support. They filed a response that was so detailed and so well written, even My core divorce attorney even told me it was one of the best appreal briefs she had ever seen.

This is the first law firm that I have ever put my name on as one I would recommend and refer, but I absolutely would, and do put my name on their work, level of competency and understanding time frames being critical of the upmost importance. Also i would say overall they really do care.. I just don’t believe anyone could provide that sort of Service without caring about their work & clients
