This Center is not "fair". Take your chances. Court IS the better option.
Attorneys taking advantage. "Loophole" for the court system that is broken.

I am very disappointed in Victoria Montenegro for trying to manipulate me into signing a document that defeats my gold to get restitution for medical bills legally due to me for an injury I sustained on a property that is poorly maintained. Brocken sprinkler caused the puddle on slippery concrete that after my fall should be treated so no one else will suffer as I did with a Brocken kneecap. I couldn’t drive, the property management refused to give me a ride to the hospital so I paid for transportation to and from appointments after appointments for treatment! I secured an attorney to stop Victoria from insulting me with her docu sign offer denying me medical expenses reimbursement! I wonder how much they offered her to be so dishonest?

We are very disappointed with Judith Copeland and her professionalism, this Mediator/Attorney is a sell out wants to get rid of her client fast. She didnt care to hear our concerns for our mother that were valid and all the proof we had. Her client care is poor and unethical i saw nothing positive come out of her persona and decision, she was unfair. She was paid by our siblings to do a fair job, she is not for the people mainly the client "Our Mother" best interest she went with the easiest fastest decision Judith came across as a bully professional that didnt care and pushed and pressured her client and shut down her client every time the client tried to talk to her and basically rushed her client to sign a agreement that was UN-ethical much-less fair.

Description

Some difficult people aren't just hard to deal with - they're dangerous.

Do you know someone whose moods swing wildly? Do they act unreasonably suspicious or antagonistic? Do they blame others for their own problems?

When a high-conflict person has one of five common personality disorders - borderline, narcissistic, paranoid, antisocial, or histrionic - they can lash out in risky extremes of emotion and aggression. And once an HCP decides to target you, they're hard to shake.

But there are ways to protect yourself. Using empathy-driven conflict management techniques, Bill Eddy, a lawyer and therapist with extensive mediation experience, will teach you to:

Spot warning signs of the five high-conflict personalities in others and in yourself.

Manage relationships with HCPs at work and in your private life.

Safely avoid or end dangerous and stressful interactions with HCPs.

Filled with expert advice and real-life anecdotes, 5 Types of People Who Can Ruin Your Life is an essential guide to helping you escape negative relationships, build healthy connections, and safeguard your reputation and personal life in the process. And if you have a high-conflict personality, this book will help you help yourself.
