I met Bob on February 26 at 10 am. at the courthouse in Santee. I said "whose here to buy my house?". I saw the map in his paperwork. I said, "Let me tell you about my house," as I threw my up to date reverse mortgage paperwork on the table. I said, "This is MY house." He's proceeded to pay $315,000.00 for my house instantly, losing me over $125,000.00. It took YouTube 5 days to send me a commercial to show me how my neighbor used HIS company Trustee Corp 17100 Gilette Ave. Irvine CA 92614 to STEAL MY TITLE. This was my inheritance!!! My mother died June 3rd 2024. On June 4th 2024 I called my Reverse Mortgage company and they said I had a YEAR to sell and keep the profit above the remaining $311,000.00. Now let's take this to court DUDE!!!!

My wife and I found Bob Weaver with a Google Search because we needed a lawyer to deal with a disreputable contractor that was trying to extort us for purported work he had done on investment real property we owned in San Diego.
