Mr. Cohen was extraordinarily patient with me during the entire process. Dan is an amazing lawyer he took my case and helped my son with his issues he is a very caring lawyer understanding he is always willing to hear you out he's even available on the weekends to answer any of your questions and most of all he's very appreciated he's been very patient with me I was going through a financial situation having lost two family members and he was very understanding and an amazing person not just a lawyer. I totally recommend him to anybody that is in need of a good lawyer he will fight for you he will answer all your questions and what he said he is going to do that's exactly what he does I searched for a couple of lawyers and the first thing they told me was if you don't have all the money at once don't waste your time I explained to him my situation about I didn't have all that money at once but I can make payments he took my case without hesitating he was interested in helping me with my problem and not all about the money so thank you once again for being an amazing and caring lawyer.

10 years ago Daniel helped me through the process of dealing with a DUI charge. He was able to get it down to a Wet Reckless thank God. 10 years later when I was trying to figure out how to get the charge expunged from my record I thought to give Daniel a call and he was very helpful with advice and giving me understanding about the process. Great lawyer! 10/10

Mr. Cohen is a fantastic shark to have in your corner should you find yourself in need of a defense attorney! He is well respected in the legal community, and his office staff and himself are great with communicating to you each step of the process with your case. Going to court is nerve-racking, I was very impressed with how efficiently he handled my court case, and he made me feel safe and prepared for each step.
If you find yourself in need of a Defense attorney, I highly recommend Mr. Cohen. I recommend him to anyone who mentions they may need an attorney and those that have used him always have positive feedback!

Dan Cohen would get a ten star rating from me, if possible. After retaining Mr. Cohen, he fought my case aggressively and was attentive to my questions throughout the proceedings, as this was my first time as a criminal defendant. He isn’t just an attorney, he is absolutely one of the BEST in San Diego, if not the entire state, because he will not stop until your case is won or severely reduced. Honestly, it was a waste of time, interviewing any other attorney for my case, Dan was the most experienced and, by far, the most responsive. His work speaks for itself and I highly endorse and recommend Dan in any criminal defense matter.

Attorney Cohen is a caring individual who I trusted as soon as I met him in person, he was going to support me through a difficult time for my family and I. He was in constant contact with and explained the process that I would have to go through. I trust him and would recommend him to anyone that needs the best defense Attorney in San Diego.
