Benjamin Okin isn’t your typical attorney. When I called, his assistant gave me a number to text him when he was on vacation, and he made time to talk to me the next day. Contrast this to my other inquiries in Humboldt County in which a receptionist asked me many questions and either referred me to a website or called me several days later to decline my situation. Benjamin communicates with compassion, knowledge and clear questions. He responded to every text we exchanged with a ‘thumbs up’ and even asked me to follow-up if I didn’t hear from him within the week. My experience with Benjamin Okin is that he is motivated to help people within their means and situation, and he will direct you to the best resources available, even if it doesn’t pay him. If I need an attorney in the future, my first call will be to Benjamin. When I had a mess to sort out, Benjamin helped me find a solution with clarity, integrity, honesty, and responsiveness. Best attorney in Humboldt County. We contacted Ben’s office, he responded quickly to our case, he has the best team too. Rest assured if Ben takes your case, he will do anything possible to get the best outcome. If it hadn’t been for Ben’s attention to detail in our case, we wouldn’t have gotten the outcome we got which was the best outcome we could’ve asked for. We had the best experience with Ben and his whole team, as every time I needed to talk to him he made himself available and he always listened and never rushed any of our conversations and made sure we understood everything as he takes his time explaining everything in detail. I’ve gotten some pretty bad tickets and attorneys I hired in the past took my money and ran me through the bill. I question if they did anything. I had the exact opposite experience with Benjamin. The outcome I got could only have been beaten if the courthouse lost my file lol! I got a small fine and the slate was wiped clean. I will forever Recommend repair him online and to my friends.
