Had an appointment today for guardianship of a minor. Poor Customer Service, from the point of walking in. When we advised the receptionist that we were leaving, no one seemed to care or ask why. Always go with your gut, so we will be going somewhere else.

we, are very happy and satisfied with the way we were treated from the moment we walked in and welcomed. Nancy was very nice and professional, she explained everything in detail, answer all questions we had being it was our 1st time understanding a living trust, gave us documents to take home and fill out at our own pace also documents that had to be notarized outside their office, and scheduled our next appointment to go forward with paperwork. Fees are very resonable, no cash is taken, we used personal check, thank you.

Worst experience ever. The girl Nancy seems like she tries but their corporate office is unbelievable. All we heard from Nancy is "I am so sorry". Just a waste of time. Please save your money. Find help elsewhere.

Update: After making a complaint Mr. Adam reached out and address my concerns in a prompt and professional manner. We have to remember one person's bad day is not always an accurate reflection of a business. After this I can say I will definitely give We the people another opportunity in the future for my legal needs.
