The 4 stars are an under statement, I give her a ten. The service was excellent!! She is extremely professional. We had a deadline to meet with submitting documents to the court before our court date. She was nice enough to fit us in her busy schedule. She kept us up on the filing by the hour. I had the pleasure of working with Angela to get my parents Power of Attorney documents in order. Angela is kind, patient and knowledgeable about how Power of Attorney (P.O.A.) works and the different types of P.O.A. Angela is the most professional paralegal that I have encountered thus far. She is efficient and was very patient with explaining the procedures and explanations of every detail. She was always early for our appointments. Angela walked us through each and every step of the process. She was accurate and knowledgeable about each step to ensure our legal documents were correct and explained each option that was available to us. The delivery of our final documents was presented in a grand folder and case which was great for storing and quite fancy, which I must say. I was referred to this paralegal office from a friend of a friend. So having a recommendation means that they had a good experience. I was in need of someone quickly for a law suit that myself and my daughter were being falsely accused of. Angela and Mark were of great assistance to my family and I.
I never had to worry about not getting answers. They were very hospitable during my time of need. Talking to them felt like family to me as I was going through something personal on top of this situation and the comfort, advise and just listening was very appreciative. They never rushed me. Always returned texts or calls. I was always updated and aware of what was happening or what was next. Prices were reasonable. Because of this paralegal office that took the time to help us, myself and my daughter were dismissed from this case. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Please try them out If you have any needs.
