Not Allison Pruitt in the San Francisco location. She will talk you down and make a point to have you lose your house.

Revised 3/14/25
I did send in a grievance on Alison Pruitt October 2022. She had me meet her around May July 2022 at GOLDEN GATE UNIVERSITY at 536 Mission Street, in SOMA by The Sales Force building, around 3rd, in regards to my apartment at 360 Hyde #404 under SFRent.net. I think it wasn’t her and someone got into my emails and read correspondence between me and her May 2018. Why did she not have me meet her at ALRP. THAT WASN'T ALISON PRUITT. The emails from Alison Pruitt in 2022 had an ALRP header on them.

I met Alison Pruitt in 2018 in regards to, and I didn’t know how to approach, that I had someone entering my apartment and messing with my laptop.

I did sign a release form with ALRP way back around 2014 and also with Alison for a release to my clinic at General Hospital. I’m currently at Positive Resource Center and have signed release forms with PRC and my doctor at General Hospital and I have been a client with San Francisco AIDS Foundation.

Now ALRP did win a case for me around 2014 2015 against California EDD so I have been an ALRP client.

In 2021 2022 I attempted to seek help from ALRP during Covid and the guy at ALRP shut the door in my face. Yes it was Covid times and I left Ward 86 that day, walked to the ALRP OFFICES ON MISSION ST, my phone service was disconnected, to seek help with the harassment I was receiving at 360Hyde.

My case workers did mention ALRP at POSITIVE RESOURCE CENTER and I told them what happened.

In 2022 I did mention to her that we met at the ALRP OFFICES IN 2018, and she said nothing. I had a consult. I did say ā€œyour are AIDS Legal Referral Panel and this is in regards to my complaint to DEPARTMENT FAIR EMPLOYMENT HOUSING complaint on building manager Larryā€, and she said nothing.

The girl saying she was Alison Pruit at Golden Gate University was shorter than Alison Pruitt in 2018, she wore no makeup and her clothes were not of professional nature, nor was her hair salon colored like Alison Pruitt at the ALRP offices.

What I told Alison was that I noticed my cell phones were still running after cell service changed to a new phone. I had no idea that you had to remove google from the phone. My droids were set to Wi-Fi and apps were still running. I made the mistake of not telling her I had my building manager entering my apartment while I was at work and my laptop which has google and everything else in it was compromised. What I did do was just pull the battery out of those phones. I changed my locks and started locking up a new laptop in my desk. By that point, they had already gotten into my google. My google info, they had changed my gender to ā€œotherā€ and it was one phone right after another and even buying an IPhone 8 in November 2018 it showed remote management. Now that’s on file at the Apple Store during the first year warranty. My current IPhone 11 shows no remote management. My Motorola droid just wiped itself clean, even Google in 2021, I threw that down the storm drain and went without a phone the last winter quarter of 2021 til spring 2022. My Wi-Fi was tampered with, I would unplug my router while at work, and the router would be plugged in when I got home. I had someone call me from an SFRent.net phone number and ask me why my Wi-Fi was not paid during Covid 2020. SFRent.net the landlord does not do that so I hung up on them. I closed both AT&T Wi-Fi AND Comcast Wi-Fi because it got to be ridiculous.

In 2022 I found some strange metal clip about a foot and an half long attached to a lightbulb on a cord that was in the lower kitchen cabinets. I just held it not knowing where it came from. I threw it out the window and it landed on the awning. I had never seen it before. I removed the track lights that were inoperable and on each side you could pull the track down away from the ceiling that was some sort of spring attached so then it layed flat against the ceiling again after. .

I was first assigned to Lynetta over a year ago for a case for overpayment from Social Security. I ended up filling out and doing all the paperwork myself that she said she would help me with She said that would postpone it for a year. The appeal just came back up and now I have an appointment on 17 January in which they referred me. SF bar, referrals and SF legal With seven days left really It’s a phone call that’s supposed to be a three-way. You would figure one of their legal team would assist me over the phone with the appeals judge for 20 minutes I’m disappointed I’m hoping that someone will contact me in the next seven days. I will keep you posted. Seems like it would be something very simple. I’ve produced and gave all of the paperwork. All they have to do is standby on the phone to make sure that everything is correct legally simple

Bunch of shady ambulance chasers.

Update: Their frivolous lawsuit was rejected by the rent board.

ALRP didn't make it through the Pandemic unscathed. Mass Exodus, then there's one. Seems they can't be bothered with replies anymore. Truly sad and disappointing.

I went to ALARP to seek help for an eviction the landlord where I lived had planned on taking me and my partner to court.
Anyway, I was seen and represented by a professional attorney. Her name was "Kai" Malachi J Haswell. She was the nicest very well experienced and in the end was able to avoid me getting evicted.
Fyi: be sure any issues, problems you've been harassed, anything helps to win a case. Write it down as proof incase you're ever taken to eviction court.
