I reached out to Apex Consumer Law Group to get help with a case for my vehicle. Initially, they asked for specific documents, which I submitted promptly. After sending everything they requested, I followed up about a week later to confirm that my paperwork was received and to ask what the next steps would be.

Unfortunately, I received no response to my emails or phone calls. I eventually sent a text, and someone replied acknowledging my missed call, asking how they could help. I responded with my question just wanting to know if my case was moving forward and then I heard nothing back again.

I understand things can get busy, but the lack of communication and follow-up has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. As a potential client, I expected at least a basic update or acknowledgment that my paperwork was being reviewed. I’m now left uncertain about where my case stands and whether I should even expect help from them at all.
