Its always a pleasure banking at the sherwood brockington location. Each staff member is extremely knowledgeable of the banking system, professional, courteous, patient and trustworthy. Ive never had any issues with banking inside for services or going through the drive up window. Im greeted each time , no matter which staff member is at work. I love the fact that the same.group of individuals are consistent at this branch . Mr Dewayne & Mrs Erin are a phenomenal branch management team.

I was in the Regions Bank in Sherwood Arkansas on 4/11/25 to cash a small check that I had won.

3 people working, attitude stunk worse than a baby's worst dirty diaper.

I absolutely hated Regions Bank when I lived in Mississippi & hate them just as much or more now.

When I open another bank in Arkansas, it will NOT be with Regions Bank

If I could give a minus rating, I would.

Please do not use this branch of regions bank. Deposited a check and instead of releasing some of it and holding the rest like the other branches do they held my check for two weeks. They have no manager of any sort, and the tellers are left to make decisions for the whole branch. They are not following regions policies.

Horrible! Do not bank with regions they will take your money! They will not let you draft money off of a check that you are depositing in your account. They are the worst bank ever and I have been with them since first commercial and I hate banking with them, I am going to change Banks. I don't know how many times they have taken money out of my account when they have no right to. regions is the worst bank ever do not bank with them!

I've had nothing but problems with this branch. Terrible management that has no clue about bank's policies. Utterly incompetent when it comes to correcting bank errors. Tellers are great. Stick to them ONLY. Any business outside of the most basic of tasks (deposit,withdrawal) is best done with another bank altogether.

Needed a notary public. I am a member so it was free. I have never had any problems. They so helpful and very professional. I have a bank, credit card, now card, and savings. I had a Regions mortgage but sold my house.

Having app problems with my current bank I made the decision to go to a different bank. My fiancé banks at Regions so decided to go there. I also like one of the perks! Check it out!
