Dear David-
The following is my assessment of the work that you provided us to prepare our Trust Fund. I think that the layout and data preparation you provided worked very well for me in understanding the purpose and structure of building a Trust. I thought that we were able to work out a lot of issues during the sessions.

I have one issue that has thrown me off track and that is the decision that you or you and Dvora made to remove me from being a trustee. This change without any consulting of me to understand my reaction to what is seen as demotion. I have disagreements with Dvora about my mental abilities and she has put me on a lower shelf and this is such an issue. I assume that one day I might need to be put on that shelf but I do not believe it is now.

After getting over my disappointment of having my position change, my main concern was how this altered the working process of the Trust. Moving money in and out of the trust becomes a little more difficult . It could be solved if there were defined procedures for moving money in a specific way based on whether or not the money was coming from outside the
trust or inside the trust. While working on the books at prior places, I learned that it is easier to get the transaction correct the first time than having to correct it at some later date. I hope the phone call tomorrow will help resolve the problem.

The system that we have put in place is a major improvement over the last material that we had put together. I thank you for laying out the system for us to use.
