If I could give 0 stars I would. Didn't even consider anything about my case. literally got basic information about the case in the intake, and said "we wouldn't be able to take the case." "Just wouldn't be able to take the case " no reasoning behind anything. It's a defamation and slander case, including negligence. Nothing. Don't bother.

I would definitely recomend Bache & Lynch to represent you after an accident.
They immediately advised me of my rights, and advised me not to settle my medical claim just 2 days after my accident.
The other person's insurance adjuster was very pushy on the medical claim. They were calling me every day. Wanting my permission to close my medical claim with a rediculously low dollar amount. I didn't even know the extent of my injuries! It was very stressful for me.
Bache & Lynch were very thorough. They really were very concerned for my well being and my recovery. They were in constanct contact with me, addressed all my concerns, and answered all my questions.
They let me focus on my recovery. That gave me the time to take care of other accident details, like Dr visits, and scheduling my vehicle repairs.
Bache & Lynch provided me with such fine service, that I recommended them to my friend, when she had an auto accident after mine. She had them represent her as well.
I just want to thank the entire staff for a job well done!

We worked with Katie and Leah, who were extremely kind, caring and supportive during a terribly difficult time. The only thing we would do different in the future is ask for an expected settlement figure. We were shocked at the low figure that was finally agreed upon. In hindsight, this may have been exactly what was expected for our situation, but because we didn't know to inquire about an expected settlement, we were disappointed in the figure after countless months of doctor visits, counseling, healing, etc. If you are in the unfortunate situation of needing their services, I would highly recommend Katie and Leah.

Far exceeded my expectations... I was referred to this practice by a friend who had also, unfortunately, been in an automotive accident. This was the first accident I had been in and I had my newborn in the backseat when we were run off the road. I met with Katie and Leah, detailed the experience and showed them pictures of my injuries. They provided me with resources to obtain immediate medical care and worked diligently once I had completed physical therapy to advocate for myself and my daughter with the insurance company. All of my account documents were accessible through an online portal and most documents were signed online as well, making this is really easy process for me. They took the time to understand my concerns and frustrations and showed true care in regards to the well-being of myself and my daughter. Hiring an attorney for the first time was intimidating but Katie and Leah made this much more simple for me than I had anticipated. Though I hope I never need to hire an accident attorney again, I will definitely be calling Bache & Lynch if I do.
