My daughter was served with papers on Monday With an emergency custody battle, I was able to call Arizona professionals and ask if they can help. I spoke with one of the workers and she knew exactly what we needed to do. She was able to work fast and pull up everything we need for the response of the court paper I recommend this agency and know that they love to help out people in need of taxpayer support and assistance with custody divorce and other legal challenges you my have I have got my taxes prepared through this company for more than 20 years

I have been going to them since 2015. Nancy and her staff have always been really helpful. I have had some issues in the past and they are always ready to help and answer all of my questions! Would highly recommend them!

I have been going here for the past two years. It has been a headache. I don't know where to start but terrible at scheduling and customer care. There is no organization with scheduling and when it comes to the actual date, nobody knows about it neither your files. They will justified their cancellation with family issues and poor management. They will tried to talk you out of it and talk and talk to confuse you especially with scheduling.
As far money returns they do well but its a hazel at least for two months going back and forth its like dealing with a car dealership.
Really poor communication with phone calls, emails and text and open hours.
They have a justification for everything for not doing things on time because they put a lot of people on the same day but they don’t have the staff.

At the end they will give you an envelope to send your taxes yourself it’s pointless being there.

People remember Google reviews can be deleted , they don’t appear on yelp weird right.

DO NOT GO TO ThIS business. I decided to do my taxes with Nancy Padilla and I also referred two friends and my boyfriend. However, she wouldn’t schedule me an appointment after emails text messages and calls, she had all my information because I dropped it off as she asked me to. Finally got an appointment and reviewed my information she had me sign a paper while and I paid her half and the other half once processed. She got paid fully and submitted my taxes with someone’s account with bank of America’s I was so upset I never had a Bank of America account so her and her assistants (children) caused so much issues not to mention she did not do my amendment correctly I had to get it redone with an actual professional tax service. She also screwed up both my friends taxes. She wants to take on everyone in Tucson’s tax return or services but she just can’t handle the work load so pays her uncertified family members to do these returns and people end up in this situation. Go to a real tax service not a place that has unqualified employees and a person that doesn’t have the time to actually do the work.I have text messages from Nancy and her sister threatening me because I had no choice but to dispute the charge as I paid for service I didn’t get. Don’t waste your time and money here, also be mindful of what you sign, I had to take a loss because I signed that payment document it’s okay I think they desperately needed the money more than I did. Just don’t make the mistake I did.
