Stay away from this guy. Hired him to do some probate work. He charged me $1800 and messed the paperwork up so bad that I am having to appear in court. When I called him up he said to bad you will have to deal with it. What a sleazeball. Stay far away.

After receiving a $3,000 quote from an attorney to file a Petition for Guardianship, I needed to find a more reasonable alternative; I found Tucson Legal Documents.

For $500, Richard took care of everything, which included meeting with me to explain the entire process, preparation of the required pleadings, and providing me with a Hearing Folder, which contained copies of all of the relevant documents required for the judge's signature. There is an additional charge for the Filing Fee of the documents and for the Process Server.

Richard was always available, quickly responding to my emails and phone calls, and keeping me apprised as to the progress of this matter.

I am very grateful for his proficiency and for his reasonable prices.

hired Richard Chan to do my will and deeds, he came to my house asked some questions took my cash payment & as he was leaving I had to ask about a receipt, we had to email him to ask for the receipt, we received an email with contract/receipt but nothing else explaining the next steps, when I called most times he would say I have a call coming in, say he will call back and didn't. After several emails asking what's next he just said review forms & make sure they are ok but we never received other forms , my son & I finally went to his Ina office & was told he just rented there we need to call for an appointment. After my son texting & saying he wanted to go to his other office location he finally sent the will & other paperwork review, still didn't know our next steps so I called to say the paperwork looked good, he said his job was done , I needed to get it all notorized & file deed with the courts, I had to pay $50 for the notary & $30 to file with the courts. I hired him assuming he would do everything, including notary & court filing. I want people to know what they are receiving for 950$. If there was better communication & I was aware notary & court filing wasn't included, I would of found another paralegal.

I was in need of several legal documents and contacted Richard Chan at Tucson Legal Documents. First I sent an email and he replied with pricing. BTW, my opinion is that the prices were on the high side. I had some questions and called him on the telephone. He was very rude, would not listen to my questions, cut me off short and then hung up on me. He also quoted me a higher price on the phone than he had previously offered in his email. In my honest opinion, I am concerned that he would not properly do the job and was not willing to hear my needs. He said he could not offer legal advice and could not recommend an attorney because he did not work with one. I would not recommend Tucson Legal documents, I would find someone else! Update: I did some online searches and was able to do the documents myself and after seeing his smug reply below, I'm glad I did. IMHO, that guy is a jerk and needs to realize his customer's needs come before his own...

At first the process seemed a bit disorganized but when I expressed concern Richard was very receptive to my concerns and addressed them immediately. The documents were completed efficiently, filed and back to us within the timelines he predicted. I would use his services again.
