Very upsetting. Couldn't even get through the conciliation scheduled because they couldn't call to tell me that he was running 5 or 10 min late. However, they were quick to collect the $100.00 prior to appointment. This is something very important to me and I wouldn't have been willing to pay $100.00 if it wasn't. A simple call would've been better than nothing. Very disappointed and now have to look elsewhere for consultation.
