Mick is a fighter! No doubt about it! I never doubted that he had the skills, intellect, ability to argue a case or support staff needed to take my case across the finish line! Mick and another attorney teamed up and took a chance on me when no other attorney would. I had lost my case on a technicality two years prior and NOT A SINGLE attorney would handle my appeal. I forged ahead on my own with help of family and got it overturned. It was the hardest thing I had ever done, but I only had to argue that the judge did not do his job. I had many issues with this attorney, so I filed a formal complaint with the Arizona State Bar. Investigation went for approximately over a year. Attorney Discipline Probable Cause Committee of Supreme Ct. found that this attorney committed violations. Order of admonition and probation filed. Please see AZ State Bar site for details. My case was a Wrongful Death Case. I'm still grieving over my loss and the way the case was handled.
