This firm is exceptional and has a seasoned aggressive attorney in Heath. It's the only call you need to make and excellent rates. Wonderful experience, Heath kept me informed of issues and movements and was patient with my schedule and the process.The only firm you need to call for any business law case. I am dealing with a bad divorce in which my spouse blindsided me and filed a protective order to take off with my children without notice.
I received a strong referral to Heath from a good friend and was immediately impressed by his point A to point B driven, collected, and focused work ethic, to efficiently assist me in navigating this extremely traumatic experience. Heath is firm and professional, but also collected which is a strength I looked for specifically for an attorney.
His paralegal answered the phone nearly every time I reached out to the firm and was always willing to bridge communication with Heath, in addition to my efforts emailing him directly. I love Heath McWhorter and his legal team! Where do I even start to the reasons why?
From the moment I requested an appointment with him, he never neglected to make the time for me. I seriously felt like he was working around the clock just for my case, but then when my family members needed his help, he proved that I wasn't the only client he worked so hard for.
Heath was so helpful when it came to my case and financial situation, he was one of four lawyers I met with and the first one that made me feel confident and laid out his plan right away.
His attitude is no b.s. and I truly appreciate all the hard work he did on my case, and his paralegals as well (Tracey and Melissa).
Heath was always at my court appearances and every time we went before the judge, he was 100% prepared and presented professionally and respectfully.
