Today was my 1st visit w/young lady by the name of Pamela. Let's clarify one thing; they do not help with court paperwork which falls under the category of legal documentation. You shall be able to see what they do help with in my pictures posted. Plenty of chairs and when you first walk in you sign in so that they assist you in that order.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE MY REFUND IS AND THEY HAVE NOT HELPED ME AT ALL I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL ! THEY HAVE POOR ATTITUDE ON THE PHONE AND MAKE IT SEEM LIKE ITS TOO MUCH WORK TO CHECK ON STATUS .. Si me ayudaron la primera vez me dieron mi rembolso aunque nunca me dieron el cheke del estad bueno aun así regrese el año pasado o no me fue peor me los hicieron electronicos y yo espere y espere y nada ablaba al IRS y si ellos me dijeron que ya estaban puesto en mi cuenta no aparecían bueno así me trajeron casi el mes asta que optaron por darme un cheke nada no fue ni la cuarta parte y le dije que si regresaba por el del estado y me dijo que ya ahí en el cheke que me dieron entonces me cobraron para asermelos electronicos y el cheque ellos me lo dieron no nací ayer pero no les ganas para mi lógica me robaron
