My experience with Chris's office has been a complete disappointment. I started the bankruptcy process in December 2022, and after nearly two years of frustration, I finally canceled in January 2025.

Initially, things seemed fine. The front office staff was helpful, but once the bankruptcy process began, it all fell apart. Communication was nearly impossible — phone calls were never returned, and responses to emails or messages took forever to get a reply.

What’s worse, I found myself in a worse financial position than when I was dealing with bill collectors directly. The bankruptcy restrictions made it impossible to get a replacement car after our vehicle was totaled. Despite the insurance payout, I couldn't purchase a new car without court approval, a process that was never resolved. For months, I had to bike everywhere, including grocery shopping and I have 3 kids at home including a special needs kid.

The final straw was that when i was having issues about how to file taxes because i didnt have some information and chris said just put a number down so it can be done...i became frustrated about how this whole thing was working out and all he was worried about was about how the $3,500 I owed him was affecting him. Despite canceling the process, I was still did what I said I would and paid him the $3500 out-of-pocket.

If you’re thinking about filing for bankruptcy, do yourself a favor and seriously reconsider. The process is a nightmare, and you will end up worse off than you were before. Use this office at your own risk.

If it were possible, I would rate this experience lower than one star. I can’t believe there aren’t more negative reviews about this office.

Chris has done an amazing job! I was quite panicked and a very difficult customer. He was not only patient but extremely professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions put my worries to rest. He showed that he truly cared about my case and myself as an individual. He is highly recommended. filing bankruptcy could be quite a scary experience having his law firm on my side, made everything much easier and less stressful. He explained my options and made the law very understandable.
