What can more can I say about this amazing place. I had an ongoing business dispute with a commercial kitchen. While many found my job to be below the level they are use to taking, EVM welcomed me with compassion and open arms. I had the wonderful pleasure of working with PK Jordan. She is prompt, efficient, informative and understanding.

I was always given my options and let me know the reality and legality of the status that I was in. She also was fast and didn't waste time with back and forth. There was a list of required material and information that I needed to obtain. When they were received there was a confirmation email and actions taken to move to the next step of the process.

I would recommend them for ANYONE that is seeking a solution to a dispute or problem. They treated me with nothing but care and professionalism. And I am definitely a customer for life, would highly recommend them for anyone in need of these kinds of specialty services.

By far the worst service I have ever experienced with any company in my entire life. Almost $3000 and 7 months later and we still don't have our documents in hand. We went into meditation already in agreement on 90% of everything, the only thing we needed was the documents written for us. After multiple repetitive emails, being asked for documents that we had already sent months prior, and trying to explain things over and over and still having them sent back to us incorrectly, we feel as though we have been completely ripped off by this company. We went into mediation with a post-nuptial agreement and stressed the importance of getting this done as fast as possible to avoid jurisdiction issues since I was moving out of state. We were told we would have our documents by the end of July and it's now September and the only documents we are receiving are more bills. Regardless of having the mediation agreement, you will still need to hire someone to fill out the petition for dissolution of marriage and if it's non-contested like ours is, then this mediated agreement isn't even necessary. We have also found out now through our paralegal that we could have just had the paralegal file the petition without the agreement while we worked on the agreement during the 60-day waiting period, but this was never communicated to us from this company even though we made it clear that we were in a major time crunch. This has been a complete waste of time and money and has caused so much additional stress in an already stressful situation. This is the first negative review I have ever left but I cannot express this enough... RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY.

I had a great experience at EVM! PK Jordan provided mediation services in SPANISH! Not only was she very understanding but she answered all our questions and made the process so smooth for us. Very efficient and affordable ! Definitely recommend using her services !
